Phantom Compass makes games that people experience on computers, in web-browsers, or across multiple media platforms. Most of our games bridge education and entertainment, and many of our games are designed with measurably-productive outcomes.
We create complete games, game assets (concepts, designs, content) and provide game development services from concept to development to deployment.

Who We Are
Phantom Compass was founded in early 2008 by company director Tony Walsh. He's been a creative professional in the interactive digital media industry since 1994.
The company and its projects are steered by Walsh in consultation with an advisory group of industry veterans.
Phantom Compass operates much like a TV or film production company: we work on a per-project basis. Each project is lead by at least one senior team member; most are lead by a senior creative, technical, and project management professional. Smaller projects may be staffed by 2 - 5 team members, while our larger projects may involve more than one functional group, and 10 - 25 members in the entire team.
We work with distributed (remote) teams for most of our projects.
